Shipping & Delivery

We deliver to the UK only. All products are shipped by Royal Mail 1st Class and at a flat rate of £2.95, Free delivery is applied on orders over £30. We aim to package and post your prints within 3 days of your order.

Jesmonite Homeware is made to order, so please allow 7 days.

A4 prints are sent in compostable cellophane wrap and a cardboard backed envelope. A3 prints are sent in a recycled tube. All homeware is packaged in recycled material, or used cardboard boxes... we like to reuse what we can.

What is your return policy?

Please contact us at hello@dottieandolive.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving your order if you have issue with your order and we will do our best to resolve it. 

Alternatively Returns must be made within 14 days of the delivery date, shipping fees are non refundable.
